Wet be hind the ears

Toyota video Super Challenge Drive.
My right ear hurt, and me ... i was needing to listen my voice return;
nothing i could do well. The video? i think it is over.
To me, my voice was one strong reverberation, was hard to work the sound, when I was at my wit's end. How do i play it by ear?(Improvise - Improvisar?)

Jesus please don´t drive me out of my wits.
